If you are interested in the apartment/home and wish to rent it, a signed rental application form must be completed, a credit check run for each individual whose name is on the lease, and a holding fee posted.  The apartment/home will be held for you until a reference, employment, criminal, and credit verification has been completed.

The cost of the credit/criminal check is $30.00 per person and is non-refundable.  The holding fee of $100.00 will be applied to the security deposit or refunded if there are reference, employment, criminal, or credit history problems.  IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND AND DECIDE NOT TO RENT THE PREMISE THEN THE HOLDING OPTION FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Prior to possession, Stacey Realty Services must receive a fully executed lease, security deposit and the first month's rent.
